Sample apps don't build #337

The sample applications/sample framework don't build anymore since they
don't reference the SlimDX project directly but instead a GAC version.
Therefore they don't find SlimDX.dll. While this isn't really a "bug" it
means automatic builds don't succeed anymore.

I guess I forgot to set this back after the release. Should be better now.
