Matrix multiplication very slow #407

Hi all,

I tested the Matrix multiplication performance in SlimDX because that's
pretty important for our application.
My result is that the current SlimDX version is more than 3 times slower
than the MDX version. Would be greate if you could try to reproduce and fix
this.
I attached the source of my test application.
