windows 7 no mouse cursor at all #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect
2. mouse cursor doesnt appear on screan
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a regular mouse cursor appear on device. No mouse appears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.4.2. Htc hero Villainrom 10.3

Please provide any additional information below.
worked fine until I reconnected to it after about 30 minuets. Using tightvnc 
server for windows 7

i also have no mouse cursor with windows 7 and tightvnc 2.0 beta 4

Local cursor is *extremely* slow to refresh, making it impossible to use. 
Remote cursor is invisible. All color modes.
* andro-vnc-viewer 0.4.6
* Windows 7
* TightVNC 2.0.2
* WiFi local network
* HTC EVO, Android 2.1
