What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup TightVNC Server on the PC and launch the Android-VNC-Viewer over 3G
while close to the PC. It connects!
2. Step out of home (may be a few miles and YES 'm in the 3G coverage area) and
the connection fails.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: "Downloading First Frame"
OUTPUT Instead: "ERROR! VNC connection Failed"

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
Version: 0.4.7

Which VNC server/version are you using? On which platform?
TightVNC 2.0.2 on WinXP

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?
1024x768

What device are you using?
Droid v2.0

Are you using a custom ROM? If so, which?
NO

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't have wireless switched on in the Droid, but 'm able to connect to my PC
when 'm home (or close to the PC) over the 3G, but when 'm out of home and try
to access the PC (Yes its ON and I can access it through another PC) I get the
error message: "VNC Connection Failed".

Any way this can be fixed!?

When connecting over 3g instead of wifi, you need to use your pc's public
internet address.

Hi! I am using the PC's public internet address (something like 29.1.151.x) to
access from my Droid. I have port-forwarding and everything setup in the
correct order and I can access my PC from a remote location through another
computer with that IP and port setting but not through my Droid over 3G.

And even when 'm home, I don't have my WiFi enabled, but it connects to my PC
over 3G.
