Macro facility for special key codes

There are many keys you can send from a standard keyboard that are
difficult or impossible to send from a G1.  It would be nice if there were
some sort of Macro facility so you could set up key codes symbolically and
send them when needed from the menu.  Something like this was requested in
issue 9

When doing this, please allow having multiple macro lists and being able to 
switch
between them.

Also, instead of just the menu, allow mapping the existing keys and key 
combinations
(Menu + H, Menu + L, Search + H, Search + L, etc) to different key codes to 
send (Alt
+ Left, Alt + Right, Ctrl+ Left, Ctrl + Right, etc).

Could this functioanlty be used to sed F-keys as well, such as switching between
linux virtual consoles?

Feature is added; does support functions keys and multiple lists

Does not support menu short cuts for defined keys; I'll add that as a new 
enhancement
