want to install latest - how do we uninstall current?

It doesn't show under My Downloads, I'm not clear how to uninstall the older 
version so I 
can ins the latest.

go to settings
go to Applications
go to Manage Applications

you'll get list of installed apps

Select androidVNC

Select uninstall
