OS/X reports a VNC version greater than android-vnc-viewer can handle

You don't have a great deal of info here. But I'm running OSX 10.5 with it's 
native
screen sharing vnc thingy switched on and password protected and as long as I 
choose
a reasonably low resolution I have no issue at all.

Requesting more information on Mac Os X setup, User said he had no problem with 
setup,running. what are the 
settings ?

You have to specify 24-bit color

Also, Local Mouse Cursor (not required but won't see mouse otherwise)

Finally, it seems to work best with Force full-screen bitmap checked; however, 
this
won't work with large displays
