What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. umm...
2. i don't
3. get this?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Idk..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest one. G1/Dream.

Please provide any additional information below.
Okay, I've got TightVNC, UltraVNC, and RealVNC. I've installed everything
right, i have the right IP, but I'm not to sure I've got the password
changed, I keep changing it but it still won't work, idk why. I get
the "Handshake" then like 5 minutes later its 'failed'. Before it even
tries to connect it says "Low system memory" is that my problem? How do I
even fix that? I have a task manager so i can stop tasks, but idk. My
phone is rooted with the hero-rom, if that means anything.

Please any help is seriously appreciated. :/

Try connecting to your VNC server from a VNC client on the same machine; that
will
tell you if you've got the password right.

Android VNC uses close to the limit of memory for an app, so that might be a
problem
if you have other apps demanding memory.

If you have your own ROM, it sounds like you're pretty handy with the phone.
Maybe
you could post the logcat output of your connection attempt?
