Suggestion: momentum on panning #89

The browser for Android has "momentum" when scrolling, which makes it much
easier to scroll large pages on a small screen.  Similarly, I think having
momentum for touchscreen-based panning would make it much easier to use VNC
on the small screen of a phone.

Latest dev version has panning flings in the Zoomable mode

Might need some tweaks
