Behavior differs from the User Guide for att command #3

In the user guide, it specifies that parameters can be in any order. However, when I altered the sequence of parameters of the att command, it tells me that I have entered an invalid command format which differs from the information stated in the user guide.

Accepted as a documentation bug of Low severity as the error is in the documentation and not the app itself.
