Incorrect format for delete command in user guide #7

In the user guide, it stated that items in square brackets are optional.

For this delete command to delete person(s) by matriculation year, it puts square brackets for the MATRICULATION_YEAR parameter.

However, this format is an invalid command format in the program. Hence, I feel this is an documentation bug.
