Serialize calls to getTokenFor #14

This will prevent multiple powerbox requests for concurrent calls for the same domain.

@ocdtrekkie, can you test this and see if it solves your wordpress problem?

Definitely an improvement. I still get two, one http and one https, but on my release version it's like seven.
