Display end times outside of the edit view #23

Right now the only place we actually display the ending times of events is on the editing form, which is kinda dumb. I just caught myself clicking "edit" to check what time a meeting ended. This should probably get added to most other places where the start time shows up in the UI.

Fixed in the 0.6 release I just pushed.
