Weekly view #4

We should have a weekly view of the calendar, which displays a week as a table. This is partially implemented, but needs work (and none of the other pages link to it, so it isn't discoverable).

This is now built out enough to link to from the top nav. Could use further improvements, but I'm going to close this as done.
