Monthly view #5

We should add a view of the calendar that displays a full month as a table.

So, I have a fun new problem that I think this would address: I put an event out in December... and it's just gone? There's no way to actually access that information at all in the app, much less edit or delete it, because it's too far out to show in Upcoming Events, but also there is no other way to navigate the calendar.

The weekly view in the update I just pushed to experimental has next/previous buttons. (I suppose we could add those to the upcoming view too...)
