Many many powerbox requests when restoring grain with large number of feeds #32

Restoring a ttrss grain with a lot of feeds with different polling rates generated a lot of powerboxes but on a staggered schedule. Is there any way to force the updates earlier so I can got click the annoying power box 100+ times up front? Or better, carry a list of powerbox authorizations around with the grain? Maybe an auditable list somewhere?

Adding the ability to see what capabilities have been granted to a grain in Grain Settings is something I know we want to accomplish, though that wouldn't let you transfer that between grains or anything.

You can right click feeds in TTRSS and click Debug feed as a way to force it to try to fetch immediately, if there's missing Powerbox requests it should request them then.

Being able to save & restore capabilities as part of a backup would be nice, though there's a bunch of thorny design questions to work out; I don't see it happening "soon" though am willing to discuss design.

I’d just settle for better sandstorm admin tools so I can do it from there. I can see why you wouldn’t necessarily want to export them in the grain backup, but having an ability to export/import the caps separately, possibly enabled by a user role, would also make auditing easier.

It'll happen eventually but it is a manpower and funding issue. We only have so much Ian to go around.
