Rotate logs on startup. #45

Fixes #44, though note that this won't reduce the size of existing grains until the logs have been rotated twice, so error.log will have to grow to 512K again before the current log actually gets deleted.

@ocdtrekkie, it should be possible to copy this back to the vagrant-spk stack verbatium (and might make sense to add to other stacks as well).

Pushed a new spk with this fix.

I've tested this, it's quite a nice improvement! I will release the SPK and open a PR to update the vagrant-spk stacks next time I am at my desk for a few mins.
