In the list view, display the certified answer if it exists #387

Currently the latest version is displayed. If a certified version exists, display it instead.

Actually, I'm not sure that we want to display the certified version in the list view while the certified flag is not shown. Let's keep this consistent with non-certified answers. Certified versions are only there as reference, they are not the canonical answer. I'm closing this issue.
