Adds support for Zorya 1.0's OEFI implementation (Should be compliant with the OEFI v2 spec, when it's released.)

Just did a lot of rewriting today. Sorry lmao.

Okay thanks you, however this isn't compatible with OEFI 2, as this isn't even released. It's like a mod being compatible with Minecraft 2.0 :/, but anyways i'm merging
