Please encrypt the password from the database. In Addition, kindly create a checkbox for Reset Password that will enable the administrator to reset the password of the user if they have forgotten.

The Reset Password checkbox will automatically reset the password of the user and by default, it will copy the user's username. It means that if the username is superman, then the password will also be superman.

Moreover, you may create a Change Password facility so the user will have the ability to change his/her password.
