Ruby 2.0.0 compatibility #5

Just upgraded the version of Roo being used to try to remove the Iconv dependency (since it's deprecated in 1.9.3 and removed in 2.0.0). Looks pretty straightforward, also added some other ruby versions to the travis.yml.
