Add Label Studio stack component for deployment to Hugging Face Spaces

Use the huggingface spaces module on the Terraform registry to add the option to deploy an Label Studio annotation stack component as part of your mlstack.

The feature / PR would include:

• full support for the component
• updates to documentation where needed (possibly needs a separate section in the docs for these non-core cloud components)
• possible inclusion in the test suite if possible without too much overhead
• updates to core zenml library as well (which supports label studio as an annotator stack component)
