A bunch of changes to prepare for integrating ZenML deployment with the recipes:

move mlflow deplpoyment to /mlflow path on the ingress host and add ingress hostname as output.
remove metadata stores from all recipes except for Azure (until an azure zen server recipe is built).
add some variables needed by the ZenML CLI
fix azure recipe bugs and add some features
