Existing Scope

Only the aws-minimal, gcp-minimal and vertex-ai recipes were tested. Now we're extending coverage to all recipes.

Features

All existing and future stack recipes should be tested. The script should loop across all recipes (cloud-wise) and then execute tests.
The current scope is limited to verifying if the configuration is valid and if the resources can be planned.
In the future, the scope can be extended to deploying it on actual cloud resources.
Azure recipes testing is now supported
k3d recipe and the modular recipes will also be covered.

Other changes

The vertex-ai recipe is now called gcp-vertexai to better reflect the cloud provider and add uniformity.
