Update the GPT-MT report #147

Description

This updates the GPT-MT report:

  1. Adds gpt-3.5-turbo, gpt-4, and google-cloud thanks to @zwhe99 's contributions.
  2. Changes the report analysis accordingly.
  3. Updates the pricing information to be more accurate.
