Pre-reserve DOI when using Zenodo Github integration #831

When starting a manual deposit it is possible to reserve the DOI before actual publishing the contents (e.g. to be able to cite the DOI in a paper).

The same is not possible when creating a Zenodo deposit via the Github connection as was already mention in zenodo/zenodo-docs-user#47 by @krzysztof. As @allefeld noted, it would be very useful to have this function on the page that lists the repositories of a connected Github account.

Two buttons might be useful there: one to reserve a Concept DOI and one to reserve the DOI for the first (or next) release.

zenodo/zenodo-docs-user#47 is closed and originally dealt with FAQ and not specifially with the Github integration. Therefore I felt like opening a new issue. Is this something that could be supported?

actually, this should maybe better be issued in the main Zenodo repo instead of here. Can it be moved there somehow?
