records search: deleted communities are still displayed under "Part of..." #856

Steps to reproduce:

Create a record
Add it to a community
Delete the community
Search for the record and verify that it still shows "Part of <deleted community"

Example in prod: https://zenodo.org/communities/frontier-data-network/records?q=&l=list&p=1&s=10&sort=newest (search for "TEST Community" (https://zenodo.org/communities/test37).

Note: the community tombstone returns a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error that is being addressed in https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-communities/issues/1134
