simplify the community curation workflow

Hi Zenodo,

Before to curate a community, we had one single click to ACCEPT a new contribution.

With the new version, it's now two clicks:

• click on ACCEPT, then a pop-up is shown allowing the curator to enter a comment before finalizing the approval
• click on CONFIRM, which is annoying and wasting precious time.

One could imagine having another button called something like "Accept without comments" and skip this new extra step.
