Hi, thank you for your report. I only use MonoDevelop 5.10, I have not experience with those 2 IDEs. Can you open neither of the 2 solution files?

A solution for me of removing the "Packages" path from the solution (.sln) file and changing the paths to some of those libraries (Math.Numerics.dll and such).

I wonder what we can do to make this work for everyone.

Right now, I have dropped support for older Mono versions (only 5+).
