Describe the bug Top Navigation "Dashboard" Highlight Box overlaps the rounded edge of the top nav.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click "Dashboard" in the top nav and zoom into the highlight box

Expected behavior Highlight box should not overlap the rounded edge.
