Update running locally section #63

I think there was a mistake here, on the previous step we ask users to cd boilerplate-hosting, that way they don't need to specify the project on we link.

Without the --project we link returns an error. Here are more details.

Also, in the Using the command line section, the project is specified explicitly with --project and the previous command is cd boilerplate-hosting
