I've taken the liberty of adding the glue code around @3raven's submitted text file. I've also modified all of the French messages to be consistent about space-before-exclamation-point: a large majority of @3raven's messages used "Bonjour !" but a minority used "Bonjour!". All of them use "Bonjour !" now.
@3raven, please feel free to make a similar pull request on your own, and/or request that I change the "Author" of this commit from myself to 3raven's-preferred-name <3raven's-preferred@email> — just tell me what name+email you prefer.
