Define dependencies to rebuild. #18

I try to rebuild so I can fix windows usage but I think zen-cmd and esparse need to be devDependencies?

I tried esparse but I won't install: https://github.com/zenparsing/esparse/issues/16

zen-cmd seems to install but the package has no ES5 code, not sure if that is a problem though.

Fixed in 168b48cf07a9ed7ca81a34a378a9304eddc1fcd1 (npm version 0.7.10)
