ES3 Mode

It would be nice if we could translate into ES3 compatible code for use on websites still supporting IE8.

Investigate the LOE involved.

Translation issues:

• Reserved words as object literal property names
• Reserved words in member expressions
• Trailing commas in array literals (and perhaps object literals)
