原来的地址无法啊下载了

我给 gulp-ngtemplate 提了 pull-request，一直还没被合并，所以临时用了fork出来的url，一个星期了，还没人处理~~，merge 后就可以用原生地址了，虽然现在也可以用，但build出来的东西是有差距的。
