Some fixes around Rector:

removed the whole composer app in utils/rector: now files in this directory are directly autoloaded with the main composer app. So now, rector tests are aware of what's new in foundry
changed some wrong @phpstan-method annotations around FactoryCollection in ModelFactory
some minor fixes added
