Retain clock on notification bar for 4.3+ #531

On Android 4.3 it removes the notification bar clock when a widget has a clock 
on it. I'd like to see dashclock introduce an option to retain the clock on the 
notification bar.

With the clock disappearing and appearing, it can cause the eye to catch the 
differences in the top right, as well as the bar "jumping". I feel the 
notification bar should stay constant and it can be minorly disorienting.

Extremely annoying problem! This problem happens only when the appearance of 
the dashclock "clock" is in digits. But I don't want to be forced to use 
another appearance because of that..
