Timer and/or repeat countdown. #824

I'm looking for a timer that a) doesn't reset when my phone restarts, b) is 
started with a tap from my home screen and c) shows up on my lock screen. This 
is for remembering my meds.

If this is to much to ask, an option to repeat countdowns daily would be nice.
