Restart step 3 at last successful process #49

What problem are you trying to resolve with this feature?
After script crashes midway through step 3 you have to restart step 3 all over 
again.

How do you address this problem now?
Restart step 3.

Your ideas for a solution:
Keep a transaction record.

We now have a 'secret' way to re-start runs.  Comments in s3 script detail 
this.  Need to figure out whether to incorporate easy way to access this 
function.
