Consider option for connecting ALL cores #67

Right now we connect only adjacent cores.  Adding ability to connect all cores 
(or all cores within a search radius) would have two benefits:

1) it would make completion of linkage mapper climate easier, since that deals 
with non-adjacent cores.

2) it would allow paths between all core pairs to be added up in later steps, 
giving a measure of centrality (requiring new functionality in s5).
