os.path error running Build Network #87

Hi, please help with this
What steps will reproduce the problem?

Windows 7, ArcGis 9.3
1. Running the linkage mapper, Build Network module
2. it gives the error: <type 'exceptions.ImportError'>: No module named os.path
Failed to execute (MapLinkages2)
