Link related clauses (eg. Country and Source / Source and Permissions) #14

Certain data name clauses could be linked to limit so that only realistic 
combinations are possible.

EG1) If the source is "National Mapping Agency of Westlandia" then the 
geoextent clause should be "Westlandia"

EG2) If if the source clause is "OSM" then the permissions clause should be 
"pp".

EG3) If if the source clause is "Navteq" then the permissions clause should be 
"mp".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
