ArcCatalog folder/gdb icons to show whether contents is correctly named #15

ArcCatalog should show whether the contents of a folder is correctly named, 
using an overlay on the folder (or GDBs) icon.

An example of this type of functionality could be ArcCatalog -> Tools menu -> 
Options -> General -> "Use a special icon for folders contain GIS data"
