Allow data renaming from within an MXD #20

It is possible to *check* the names of all of the layer and tables referenced 
from an MXD file. The tool checks the actual filename of the data “on the 
disk” rather than the name as it appears in the Table of Contents in the map. 
At present it is not possible to rename a data layer when searching based on a 
MXD filename.

It would be useful if it was possible to rename a data layer from within an 
MXD, and that the tool would also update the MXD to point to the new name.
