Export changes map frame from projected to geographic CRS #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Produce a map in a projected CRS
2. Export it using the Export tool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The map should be unaltered by the export process
- Instead it is changed to using WGS84 geographic CRS
