KMZ export includes all layers, including layers which are switched off #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a map with lots of layers
2. Ensure that the visibility of some layers is disabled
3. Export the map.
4. Open the KML

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- The those layers with are invisible in ArcMap, should either not be included 
in KML or be included but switched off.
