Some fields not updated in layout after editing in config tool

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter glide no (or time zone or date/time or email) in config
2. Complete text in layout tool
3. Update fields above in config
4. Go to layout and update

What is the expected output?
Fields updated in map

What do you see instead?
Previous values still appear in map

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arc 10.1 W 7
