Add a version number to the tools so users can see if they are using the latest version #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
Be able to see the version number in the tools

What do you see instead?
It is unknown what version of the tools are installed

If you are using a MapAction computer please state which one and the path
to any data you are using.

If not what version of the product are you using? On what operating system
and what version of ArcMap?

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
