Template shows Projection / Datum, layout tools produces Datum / Projection #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a map using the MA templates
2. Use the Layout tool to update the CRS text

What is the expected output?
The order of the details in the generated text should match the order in the 
title box. ie "Projection / Datum" vs "Datum / Projection".

What do you see instead?
Title states Projection / Datum, layout tools produces Datum / Projection.

If you are using a MapAction computer please state which one and the path
to any data you are using.

and what version of ArcMap?
