Remove all data for outside the AEWA boundary #55

Since we've restricted the CSN data to just that within the AEWA boundary 
we should remove data outside that area for other layers too eg/ IBA and 
WDPA base layers. I think we should consider making the AEWA boundary 
automatically displayed on the map unless users opt to switch it off so 
its clear we're only presenting data within that area.
